Tandem serves single mothers and families who are facing crisis, hardship, or need additional support — including crisis intervention, material assistance, financial aid, prenatal medical care, mental health services, parenting and life skills education, life coaching, transitional housing and advocacy.

No. You can contact Tandem directly to learn more about available programs and support.  We believe everyone should have equal access to resources and support, no matter what.

Yes. All programs and services provided onsite at Tandem, by Tandem staff, are at no cost.  

The only exception to that is with our prenatal program.  All hospital-based services done outside of Tandem (labs, ultrasounds, labor and delivery) are billed to your insurance.  Tandem is a MNSure Navigator and can assist getting you set up with medical assistance through Hennepin County.
